In Japan, the Community Comprehensive Support Centre for your neighbourhood is the first place to ask about long-term care. Enter your town name to find yours.
Some towns are split between centres by chome (block number). Please check your chome.
CHOME
A note on chome
Japanese addresses run from large to small: prefecture, city, ward, town, chome (block), then banchi (lot). 17 towns in Kawasaki City are divided between centres below town level, so a neighbour one block away may have a different desk. If your town shows more than one result, match the chome number in your address.
